TAP Corporate Program

  • What is TAP Corporate?

    • tap|corporate is a loyalty program aimed at small and medium enterprises that allows cost reductions for your trips. Everytime an employee travels with TAP, the trips are converted into balance. The accumulated balance is available to be used as a means of payment in future travels or TAP products. The program is free of charge and has no minimum restrictions, you can start saving right away.
  • I want more information regarding the program, how do I contact TAP?

  • Is there a card for companies affiliated with TAP Corporate?

    • In the TAP Corporate program there is no physical card associated with your company. Reservation of flights in public fares can be done as usual by the company, through a travel agency or directly with TAP: on tapcorporate.com, at the customer service counters, call center reservations or flytap.com. You should ensure the inclusion of the CI code so that you can accumulate balance.
  • Can my travel agent register my company for TAP Corporate?

    • Yes, but the speaker's contact will have to be that of an official responsible for the company travels.
  • What is the CI code for?

    • The CI code is the company identification code in the TAP database. Failure to indicate the CI Code, whenever travel is purchased (via Travel Agency or directly with TAP), will make it impossible to accumulate the corresponding balance.
  • Do company employees still accumulate TAP Miles&Go miles?

    • Yes. While employees earn their individual TAP Miles&Go miles, the company account accumulates balance at the same time.
  • Can my company join TAP Corporate?

    • TAP Corporate is meant for all companies based in a variety of countries; no minimum number of trips is required to join the program.
