  • How do I earn Corporate rebates?

    • Once your registration is complete, you will be assigned a company identification code (e.g. CI123: CI - programme ID; X - country ID; 123 - company code).
      It will be through the company identification code that we will account for the trips of your company.
      This procedure applies to bookings made directly with TAP or through your travel agency and acquired in the country where you are registered in the programme.
      From there, all tickets purchased and flown by your employees at TAP and TAP Express will be credited to your company account.
  • How is the balance calculated?

    • Rebates added to the balance are calculated based on the amount of the Fare and Airline surcharge (YQ). Each TAP product has been assigned a certain percentage.

  • When the company earns tap|corporate rebates, do employees still earn Victoria miles?

    • Yes, as long as the employee has his/her Victoria Customer number linked to the reservation, the tap|corporate program offers rebates to the company and Victoria miles to the passenger making the flight.
  • How long does it take for tap|corporate rebates to be credited to the account?

    • The tap|corporate balance is credited based on what is actually flown. This will be credited to the company account in 24 hours after the flight has been made.

  • How can I use the tap|corporate rebates?

    • Tap|corporate rebates can be used on TAP flights, services and products. You can use all or part of the balance, as long as it is at least 10 EUR / 40 BRL / 10 USD. You can redeem the point directly in your personal area (My Corporate) using the booking engine provided, or through the program’s service line 707 200 221 (business days, 9 am - 6 pm).
  • What is the minimum balance required to get discounts?

    • You can use your tap|corporate balance as soon as you reach the minimum balance of 10 EUR / 40 BRL / 10 USD.
  • What’s the maximum amount I can discount?

    • You can discount all or part of the cost of the ticket and TAP Products (e.g., Lounge, Fast, Luggage). If you use the balance for partial payment, the rest can be paid with the available forms of payments (Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal).
  • Are there any restrictions on how I can use my balance (seats, schedule, type of aircraft)?

    • The balance can only be used for flights on TAP or TAP Express aircraft. There are no restrictions on the seat selection or schedule.

    • Yes, you can. To recover your login credentials, you must select the option 'Recover Password' (which is next to your login form) and fill in the required fields:
