  • How do I earn Cash Balance?

    • After your registration is complete, you will be assigned a company identification code (e.g., CI123).
      This company identification code will be used to keep track of your company’s travel. You must enter your code every time you purchase a flight with TAP.
      This procedure applies to reservations made directly with TAP or through your travel agency. From there, tickets for all TAP and TAP Express flights purchased and flown by your employees will be credited to your company account.
  • I don't remember my password. Can I recover my login credentials?

    • Yes, you can. To recover your login credentials, you must select the option 'Recover Password' (which is next to your login form) and fill in the required fields:
      Registered User Name
      Registered User Email
  • How is the balance calculated?

    • Cash added to the balance is calculated based on the amount of the Fare and Airline surcharge (YQ). Each TAP product has been assigned a certain percentage.

  • When the company earns tap|corporate rebates, do employees still earn Victoria miles?

    • Yes, as long as the employee has his/her Victoria Customer number inserted in the reservation, the tap|corporate program offers cash to the company and Victoria miles to the traveler 
  • How long does it take for tap|corporate rebates to be credited to the account?

    • The tap|corporate balance is credited based on what is actually flown. This will be credited to the company account in 24 hours after the flight has been made.

  • How can i use the tap|corporate cash balance?

    • tap|corporate cash balance can be used on TAP flights, services and products. You can use all or part of the balance, as long as it is at least 10 USD. You can redeem the cash directly in your account (My Corporate) using the booking engine provided, or through the program’s service line 1 844 472 5079 (daily 24h).
  • What is the minimum balance required to get discounts?

    • You can use your tap|corporate balance as soon as you reach the minimum balance of 10 USD.
  • What’s the maximum amount I can discount?

    • You can discount all or part of the cost of the ticket and TAP Products (e.g., Lounge, Fast, Luggage). If you use the balance for partial payment, the rest can be paid with the available forms of payments (Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal).
  • Are there any restrictions on how I can use my balance (seats, schedule, type of aircraft)?

    • The balance can only be used for flights on TAP or TAP Express aircraft. There are no restrictions on the seat selection or schedule.
