          EARN BALANCE, FLIGHT BY FLIGHT

          Every time you travel with TAP, part of the value you’ve spent - fare and airline surcharge (YQ) - will be converted into balance that can be later used on TAP flights and services. 

          If you are traveling with the Discount Fare, you will earn 0.5% of the amount you spent; if you are traveling with the Basic Fare, you will earn 3%; if you are traveling with Classic and Executive Fares, you will earn 4%; and if you are flying with Plus and Top Executive Fares, you will get 5% in your balance. 

          Sempre que efetuar uma viagem com a TAP, uma parte do valor que gastou - tarifa e sobretaxa transportadora (YQ) - será convertida em saldo, que poderá depois descontar em voos e serviços TAP.

           

          Se viajar no produto basic acumula 2% do valor gasto, se viajar nos produtos classic e executive acumula 3% e se voar em plus e top executive acumulará 4% em saldo.

          WHAT IS IT?

          CI (Corporate Identification Code) is a code that identifies your company in the tap|corporate program and allows you to use each flight’s balance. The CI is granted after filling out the membership form.

          HOW TO USE IT?

          Write down your CI code, since we will use it to register the balance earned by your company’s trips. You must provide your code whenever you purchase a flight with TAP. This procedure applies to bookings requested through your travel agency or directly with TAP. Find out more.
