Fly Corporate Programme now also accessible through phone number 707 200 221
TAP opens phone line dedicated to Companies
Clients of TAP’s Fly Corporate Programme (a loyalty programme for small and medium-sized companies) may now use a dedicated hotline, on 707 200 221, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Till now clients have used the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, (for sending forms online). But with this new service, they can tackle subjects such as the company account, free tickets and upgrades, through phone support from a Fly Corporate Team with specific training and full dedication to subscribing clients.
The Fly Corporate Programme aims to reward companies that fly more with TAP, converting those trips into points, which are managed by the company and can be exchanged for free tickets or upgrades.
