TAP launches mobile phone Check-in.

Mobile Check-in can be used through mobile phones with internet access, on the TAP Mobile portal and through TAP applications for iPhone/ iPod and iPad, which can be obtained free of charge.

With this new service, clients just need a mobile phone to check in to their flights, meaning the end of going to the check-in counter on the day of travel.

After completing the Mobile Check-in process, TAP clients will receive the boarding pass on their telephone.

The new Mobile Check-in service is open to passengers carrying electronic tickets with confirmed bookings on flights operated by TAP, leaving from the following cities to anywhere in the TAP network:

• Lisbon 
• Porto 
• Funchal
• Porto Santo
• Terceira
• Ponta Delgada
• Pico
