International publications praise TAP in-flight magazine

UP, the TAP in-flight magazine has been considered by the prestigious British magazine Monocle as one of the essential reads of this summer. Already the magazine MING, a Chinese publication, had highlighted UP as one of the best in-flight magazines in the world.

This recognition focuses attention both on Portugal and is national values as well as on the different TAP destinations, especially Brazil, which are written about widely each month in the magazine.

The summer supplement edition of Monocle, entitled Monocle Mediterraneo, suggests UP as one of the essential reads of the hot summer months, alongside publications such as El Pais, El Viajero, Vogue Living or the Daniel Clowes cartoons.

A further commendation has been received from the magazine MING, which in its July edition in an article entitled “In-flight Magazine, how far can it go?” selected UP for its shortlist of in-flight magazines which it views as being the best in the world.

UP has already received national and international recognition since its launch in 2007, having become a favoured tool for the publication and promotion of a rejuvenated image of a more modern TAP, thereby increasing its reputation and prestige.
