Improvements in the Online Booking Process

Following a number online booking errors, improvements have been made that make it easier to book through the tap|corporate fly programme, ensuring that the correct number of points is credited to corporate accounts.
From now on, whenever you make a corporate booking through www.flytap.com, you will need to enter your company’s CIP code, regardless of the collection method you have chosen on the tap|corporate fly programme (credit card or Victoria card).
The CIP code is your company’s identification number, allocated automatically when you enrol on the tap|corporate fly programme.
To see it, simply log into your corporate account and go to Profile » Details.
Once you have made your booking at www.flytap.com, introduce your CIP code in the designated field: Reservation Holder Details
As usual, the corporate points will be credited automatically 3 to 7 weeks after the journey.
