Use your Corporate Points to issue Award Tickets and see how many points you need to reserve a flight to a TAP destination.

From now on, you will be able to complete your Free Ticket booking through the new IBE Corporate Redemption booking engine. To do this, simply select the “Book your Free Ticket now” option.
Online Issue of Free Tickets
- Enter your credit card number or select the Multibanco (ATM) option (for payment of airport and administrative fees).
- If you choose to pay by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Airplus), tickets will be issued immediately after the booking.
- The Multibanco (ATM) payment option is only available online for bookings made at least 48 hours before the flight departure date. After making your booking, you will be shown a confirmation page containing your booking details and the information required to make the Multibanco payment: your TAP reference number, payment reference number and the total amount due. This information will also be sent to the e-mail address provided during the booking process. Reference numbers must be filled out at the Multibanco terminal by choosing the option “Payment of Services” or via Homebanking*, selecting the “Payment of Purchase” option. You will have until 11:59 p.m. of the day after your booking date to make the payment. If payment is not made within this time period, the booking will be cancelled automatically.
- Bookings on waiting lists (standby) are not permitted.
- Points associated with your Free Ticket will be debited from your company account when your booking is confirmed and the ticket is issued. You may also do this by contacting the Fly Corporate Call Center (707 200 221, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The accepted method of payment is by credit card. Where payment is made at a TAP ticket desk, the following forms of payment will be accepted: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UATP), cash, debit card (Multibanco) or banker’s draft.
Conditions:
- Free tickets may not be linked to upgrades and are only valid for flights operated by TAP Portugal and PGA (TAP and PGA aircraft).
- Ticket issue is subject to a non-refundable administration fee of €25. If the ticket is issued online using the new IBE Redemption booking engine, payment of this fee will be waived.
- Period of validity for Free Tickets: One year after issue. Once the ticket has been issued, any changes to date, time and flight number will be allowed, subject to payment of a €30 penalty.
- For one-way Free Ticket bookings, 50% of the value listed in the corporate points table will be charged.
- Stopovers are not permitted.
- Cancellation / No-shows (failure to arrive for boarding) - a €60 penalty will be applied and the points returned.
- A transfer in each direction is permitted.
- ‘Open Jaw' (return to a different destination than the origin) is allowed. If the return destination is not the same as the origin, fifty per cent (50%) of the Corporate Points will be applied for each segment.
- Free Tickets are also applicable for children between the ages of two (2) and eleven (11). Fifty per cent (50%) of the price of an adult Free Ticket's Corporate Points will be applicable.
- Seat availability for Free Tickets varies according to the destination and the season chosen.
- The number of seats is limited even on flights which are not yet fully booked.
