How to Collect Points
Collect Corporate Points whenever your company’s employees travel with TAP (flights operated by TAP or PGA).
Points are collected through the company’s identification code – CIP - (eg. CIP123), as well as the employees' Victoria Customer numbers registered on the Corporate Account.
The more you fly, the more points you can win!
The number of points you collect depends on the distance you fly and the TAP product you purchase: tap|executive, tap|plus, tap|classic, tap|basic or tap|discount.

Bookings may be made by the company in the usual ways, through the travel agency or directly with TAP Portugal: at the service desks, through the Bookings Call Centre (707 205 700) or on the flytap.com site.
Should bookings be made via your Travel Agency, or one of TAP’s ticketing offices (call center included), Corporate Client must always request booking agent to register the company’s CIP code. For bookings made via flytap.com site, the company's CIP code must be entered each time, in the field designated for the purpose: Passenger Booking Data.
Your corporate points will be credited into your corporate account 24 to 72 hours after your flight segment has been flown.
Note: Award Tickets and upgrades obtained with points are not valid for collecting Corporate Points or Victoria miles.
